Managing Partner
Reuben is focused on supporting leading marketing service, agency, and e-commerce services companies. He enjoys helping leaders, founders, and owners deliver market leadership and maximal shareholder value. Reuben is currently a Managing Partner of his own advisory, MKTGVentures, and an Operating Partner at Madison Alley Global Ventures, an M&A Broker/Dealer. At MKTGVentures, Reuben and his team work with independent and financially sponsored businesses to improve their value by optimizing business and acquisition strategies as well as required operational improvements in all facets of the business. In his advisory role Reuben has recently worked with companies such as Shift7 Digital, PlusMedia, Inseev Interactive, Jump450, CagePoint, Movers + Shakers, and Aisle Rocket.

Previously as a CEO, Reuben built BlueAcorniCi, a sponsored ecommerce and marketing service business, to a leading position in North America and sold the business to INFOSYS in 2020.

Before BlueAcornICI, Reuben was Chief Strategy Officer of eBay Enterprise and CEO of eBay Marketing Solutions, a $1B+ e-commerce and marketing services company.

Before eBay, Reuben was the Chairman and CEO of MRM Worldwide (now MRM/McCann), which he joined in 2004 and where he led the transformation of the agency by integrating multiple specialist agency networks into a single global digital and direct marketing powerhouse with more than 60 offices in 40 countries, and over 2,000 employees.

Before joining MRM, Reuben was a co-founder and executive vice president at Digitas, where he was key to building the company from a 200-person direct marketing agency in Boston, to a leading global digital agency and was part of the executive team that took the company public.

Reuben started his career at AT&T and American Express. Reuben holds an undergraduate degree from Colgate University and a Masters of Management degree with concentrations in Strategy and Marketing from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
Michael I. Goldberg
Partner
Michael I. Goldberg is a partner at MKTGVentures and leads all mergers and acquisitions banking activity for the firm. Michael is also a founding partner at Altitude Investment Management, a US-based global venture capital investment firm that invests in a diverse range of early-stage to growth companies. Prior to Altitude, Michael founded Sonar Asset Management Group, a private investment company specializing in distressed debt. Michael served as President of Sonar and oversaw all aspects of its operations, including research, sales and trading, closing documentation, as well as financial reporting for tax, accounting and investor relations. Before founding Sonar, Michael was a Managing Director at Longacre Fund Management for seven years, serving as a senior analyst. Prior to Longacre, Michael was a Managing Director at Banc of America Securities in its mergers and acquisitions group responsible for business and education services, and Chase Securities as a Vice President in its mergers and acquisitions group, advising clients in a wide range of industries. Michael received a B.S.M. in Finance from Tulane University and an M.B.A. from Columbia University specializing in finance and international business.
